Hi Rivka.

The cover was uploaded and the book was assigned an ISBN through Smashwords but the text never went through. Could you kindly remove it? I am currently shopping the story around to publishers. Thanks.

So it went to the brink of self-publication but was never actually published or sold anywhere? Not even on Smashwords itself?

That is not consistent with it having been listed on B&N for sale, which it was.

Nor is it consist with a couple of posts made here back in July 2011 and January 2012 that say it was available for download at Smashwords itself and later removed.
