12 perform tonight and then the results are tomorrow night. I think 6 go home from each group. And then the wildcard round. I believe, could be wrong tho.

Can't wait for tonight!! I may just have to vote this year, maybe even for someone that isn't good or messes up royaly.....if they are one of my picks, that is!!! ;)

OK I just watched Jackie, Holli's girl. She was ok but didn't blow me away. I did not like the song and did not like her outfit. But she is definitely a contender. What is difficult is that there are so many really good people in group 1. I am getting nervous!
I wasn't blown away by her either Meg! Darn....hope she stays in.....didn't care too much for Ricky either.
Ricky was boring too. I was surprised he made it to the third round pick for our pool though. this song that Alexis is singing is not so great either. Although, I think she is the best of the three so far.
I do love Alexis Grace though!! I like the song she chose... :)
Yeah Jackie is beautiful what the H was she doing in that outfit? Holy crap, even being stick thin it made her look cow-like . What the H was that??? I do think she'll make it to the final 12 tho.

Stevie was awful and so was Casey Carlson. Poor things, your one chance and you just totally blow it.\Didn't like Anne Marie either.
We are watching The Mentalist now so I'll have to watch the second half in the morning!! I'll keep a watch out for Casey......
I saw Casey and Anne Marie - how did the earlier performances go? Any real standouts?
Yaaaah Kris. I really liked him and of course I think you know I like your #1 pick too. It comes on in an hour and a half for me. I'm soo excited!!!

My pick, Stephen Fowler, blew it. There were a few standouts, but no one blew me away.
I think they said you can go to american idol dot com and download all the songs to I tunes for free tonight....?I think Alexis rocked it and I loved her whole package look. Danny Gokey rocked it too!! yeah me!
I have to say I sort of liked Tatianna ...don't throw dead fish at me! Stephen Fowler and Ricky Braddy were okay and Ann Marie and Jackie were eh but better than the rest. Anoop did not stand out but that kid is Cute with a capital C!!! I hope he stays in but only 3????? sheesh I just don't know if it is popularity like in the past who knows who will get through.

Ok, so I was almost ready to embrace Tatiana last night. She was acting normal, somewhat reserved even, she did a great job with her Whitney song. We all know that many have tried to sing Whitney in the past and it's something that just shouldn't be done, but she did pretty good, imo. I was just starting to think, hey she's not so bad....but then...Ryan gave out her number to call and vote, and when she started pleading with America to keep her dream alive....I about fell off the couch!!! She is freakin funny that girl!Ok, so by far I thought Danny was the best. I voted for him (your welcome Kris, although I don't think you needed my help). I also voted for Brent Keith, is that his name? He was the 4th person to sing and he sang a country song. I liked him, I thought he did a good job. The 16-year old girl and Casey were both very awkward. It was almsot painful to watch. Poor things. Can't wait for tonight to see if America has kept her dream alive!!!!! ;)
Well we have our top three - anyone surprised? Alexis and Danny weren't a surprise for me - and although I really like Michael Sarver I kind of thought there were some better vocalists in the mix....and then Tatiana cried.......
Michael Sarver was a total surprise. I am shocked that Anoop didn't make it, he was a heavy favorite. I am glad to see some of them go. I am glad Tatiana left before having a breakdown, although if she were normal she had a good voice.
Yes! Yes! Yes! I'm so excited! I really like Michael. My daughter and were whooping it up!!!! I'm so happy with the 3 who have moved on. (I wasn't an Anoop fan, he was good but something was missing for me)
I wouldn't count everyone out yet, the wild card night is still a mystery.

I agree Thauna, I think probably Anoop and Tatiana could very easily come back in the wild card. How does that work, do we pick the wild card or the judges?Good grief Tatiana! First, I thought she seriously thought she may make it in over Danny. She was flicking her hair around, getting herself ready for "her moment" I guess. Then, she cried when she didn't make it. Better yet she cried to the people who also didn't make it, but they were consolling her like she was the only one not to make it.
I'm very surprised that Michael made it. I totally agree with Danny & Alexis, they were the top male & female performers imo. However, I didn't think Micael was as good as a few others that performed. I liked Anoop in Hollywood, but I too thought something was missing this time around,but I really liked Brent Keith. I thought he was better than Michael. Also, I remember when Chris Richardson sang that song and he rocked it, way better than Michaels performance.

Carly is the Irish girl. She is ok but something about her I don't like and I can't quite put my finger on it. I love Michael Johns, too cute.I still think Stephen Fowler has a great voice. If he comes back in wild card week, and someone talks to him about song selection I think he has a shot at the famous 12. His voice is beautiful not quite sure what is keeping him back.

I love Michael Johns, and I can't wait for his album. I actually have a wee (well, not wee, maybe wee-huge) crush on that boy. He's cute as a button. I much prefer him singing alone, but he and Carly have been doing alot of performing together since leaving Idol. It was so nice to see him on that stage again.
I missed the results show...is it something I need to go back and watch? I loved Carly last year!And yay - at least one of my picks (Alexis) went through! I thought Ann Maried did a good job, but the judges were pretty hard on her.
Good for Michael! He really deserves it!
I had a "Ah, what the heck?" moment and I also chose Nick/Norman Gentle...we'll see what he does when he is up...any predictions?

I think that out of that list Adam will make it for the guys, Megan or Jasmine will make it for the girls and Matt Giraud will make it as the 3rd pick. HOWEVER, I really like Kris Allen. He got zero air time through all of this but I did some checking on him and hes really very good. I am sure he will get over looked because he didn't get any marketing time but I like him.
