Dan (dan2345) | 304 comments There is Janie, lots of catfishers out there. Ever see the show "Catfish" on MTV? Well a friend of mine says It's possible to do something about it. So I'm gonna have her help me shut this person down so they can't do this to anyone else. But thanks anyway guys.

Dan (dan2345) | 304 comments 11:32 AM EST. Went to the mall today, got some new shirts and a new pair of jeans. Made me happy. I missed NOS4A2 tonight cause I fell asleep, but it's cool cause it's on again at 1AM or 1:30AM so I'm gonna catch it then. Anyone else see it?

Oh yeah, remember I was telling you guys how I was a victim of that Cat Fishing scam? Well, last night I filed a report with the FBI. Yes, they do handle that kind of stuff! Cyber Crimes division, and that's what it is. I'm gonna talk to google as well. Sounds crazy, I know, but I'm pissed and I'm not gonna let that person do that shit to anyone else.

I've realized that I've just been really burnt out lately. Just going through the motions everyday. Not even doing artwork. I'm stressed out and burnt out. I don't know, maybe I just need a vacation or something. Sorry guys, just needed to vent.

7:30AM Have to work today, but I certainly hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas.

Ruth I was in a reading slump not too long ago, but I really think it was the book that I was trying to get through. I did finish it, but then I was just like "Ewww I don't want to start another book." I did though, and I picked something easy to read, it did the trick.

message 14272: by Dan (new)

Dan (dan2345) | 304 comments Hope everybody had a good holiday! I finally finished Four Past Midnight by Stephen King , took me long enough. LOL. Now I'm reading The Bazaar of Bad Dreams Stories by Stephen King . I'm on Mile 81 right now. Also reading Hellboy, Vol. 1 Seed of Destruction by Mike Mignola .

Going to go eat dinner soon. Think I'll have a few beers tonight and play with my new Surface Pro 7 (Christmas present!). I love drawing and painting on it.

Corey | 1411 comments Hey everyone, please say some prayers form my Mom, she checked into the Hospital this morning because she has no strength in her legs, she feels weak and she hurts all over, she's been putting it off hoping it would go away on it's own, but I finally talked her into going, much as I hated. But please pray for her recovery.

12:12PM-I am loving Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Harry Potter, #2) by J.K. Rowling and I was in the mood for something trashy so I started reading The It Girl (It Girl, #1) by Cecily von Ziegesar along with it!
I am loving this week already!

message 14288: by Corey (new)

Corey | 1411 comments Thank you everyone for all your kind words and prayers. Mom was discharged from the hospital this afternoon and she's home now, slowly working on getting her strength back. Apparently she had some kind of intestinal virus that was making her so sick, and it was very contagious. But she's doing a lot better now.

Ruth Noemi Rojas (httpwwwgoodreadscomcollinss66) | 33 comments 11:47 PM-Sitting in bed with a very full stomach and therefore I cannot go to sleep even after I have taken sleep medicine. I’ll probably read before bed.

Dan (dan2345) | 304 comments 1:49 AM EST. Yeah, I'm up that late. Currently watching old episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer on FacebookWatch. You can get it for free there, and yes I am a grown straight male who watches that show...so what?!!!! It's actually a good, well written show and I'll watch what I damn well please!

Not reading at the moment, but I hate to say that Bazaar of Bad Dreams seems to be dragging.

Ruth, it sucks not getting sleep. I take Melatonin sleeping pills when I can't sleep and that seems to knock me out faster than a Holyfield blow to the dome (as the new Vanilla Ice would write).

Did I ever tell you guys I like you all very much and enjoy sharing my updates with you?

Hi Ruth and Dan!!!! Glad to have you both here.

7:56AM, was up late last night and up early this morning. Have to work at 11:30, but will read some more before then.

Dan sorry the book is dragging for you.

message 14300: by Ruth Noemi (new)

Ruth Noemi Rojas (httpwwwgoodreadscomcollinss66) | 33 comments 11:51 AM-I am sitting here at an assisted living facility waiting for it to be time to go home. I found a biography of J.K. Rowling in the library section but the sources are all very vague and a lot of the information is false, so I will be skipping it.
I forgot to take my sleep medicine last night and I didn’t realize this until 4 o’clock in the morning last night. Yes, Dan! I have taken melatonin for sleep and it does the trick. I’m just going to drink 10 cups of coffee today. Have a great weekend, everyone!
