7:19AM Kay just left for school and I am sitting here enjoying my tea. Not sure of what I want to read next, but I am thinking I will wait till April and read Finder's Keepers. Overcast and dreary with sprinkles this morning ACK

7:14AM It is going to be a beautiful day today, I may read a few more short stories by Maberry today. Hmm? I might even go take a nap LOL
Susan how fun for the two of you. Enjoy your time together under sunny skies! Have a safe trip! Hugs!

Making a quick breakfast; then out to garden for a spell; then on to reading. :)
10:08AM Just finishing up here online then gonna get to my book. Did not have a chance to read at all yesterday, so I really want to have some time to do that today.

Alondra, those are gorgeous, it's too hot here to grow the big irises. We can only grow the little blue ones for a short time before it gets too hot for even those. I had some beauties when we lived on the west coast. I had many color's but a dark purple one that looked black really was stunning. I'm jealous.

Alondra I love going to the garden store. I cant do that yet though because of frost could still happen and kill them. I love Iris's.
I just finished an audiobook, The Good, the Bad, and the Undead The Hollows Series #2 by Kim Harrison. It was so good.

7:44AM I am currently sitting here listening to the light rain and drinking my coffee, had to close the windows though *bummer* I am currently reading The Forgotten Girls. So I am hoping I enjoy it.

8:38PM Reading The Forgotten Girls: A Bella DeFranco Mystery, and it is getting really good. Want to finish this by tomorrow since I have a review book to read.

1:11PM Just finished The Forgotten Girls and it was a good read. Not a favorite by any means but good enough to keep me interested. I think I will go ahead and read the Lost years which is the sequel.
Andrea it is crazy at how fast schools move no with all these new ideas and such, it drives me crazy. This is a big deal for you and your son. Hope everything gets figured out.

It's all worth it Andrea. If he keeps up his rapid study habits, quite a few AP classes in highschool will earn him college credit and save you some money.

Susan that is cool that you got a signed copy. I bought Trophy Hunt recently at a flea market. Its only the fourth one in the series. Have you read any in this series? If not let me know if liked it. I want to maybe read Open Season next month.
Susan you got so lucky on that purchase! I wonder if they did not catch that. Was it more expensive than normal?

Janie, it was $15 for the hardback so I'm not sure.
Well it is a half price book store, so look at the cover price and half it. Sometimes you will find those rare books that they mark down to $6 though. Either way it is awesome!

Thanks Susan I am going to start it next month.

YAY SUSAN! You just made my day! The series just gets better and yea it is not a light hearted read at all. I am so glad you are enjoying it, there is such a wide range of characters.

Let me know what book your going to read next month and I will see if I can join you. I love this series!

Great characters. From the reviews it keeps getting better.

I've read many of his books, he is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend him if you like adventure books.

Yeah I've read several of his books! Many of them I've flown right through. He's been around a long time.

I loved his Dirk Pitt series. Dirk and Al, his sidekick, are still amoung my all time favorite characters of all time. Highly recommend.
8:40AM About to run out and get groceries before another downpour hits us! We should have done it yesterday while we were out but didn't. Oh well!

10:26AM Just finished uploading Let's Talk Authors video. And now finishing up here so I can read more of A Journal of Sin for the Read Your E-Reader for April. So far so good.
Susan you got another little furbaby? hehe how awesome!
