It's 7:22pm and I just finished watching the movie, "The Best of Me." A love story that will make you cry. Starring James Marsden & Michelle Monaghan.

10.59AM and it is a muggy, rainy old day in McLaren Vale. I feel sorry for our winemaker, he isn't having much luck with the weather this vintage! I'm just grateful to be nice and dry inside my airconditioned office - poor Jamie has been out there trying to harvest grapes since 3AM. He's also trying to quit smoking so I may have a tired, grumpy boy on my hands tonight haha! Still haven't made a start on The Fiery Cross, but on the up side, I have been chipping away at The Bazaar of Bad Dreams.

I am about to come off my laptop after checking goodreads because I can't sleep, and read a chapter or two of Wildflower Girl to help my mind relax. Then I am *hopefully* going to sleep. I have to be up at 7 to get my three year old up, fed and dressed then off to Nursery (daycare/kindergarden) for 9am.

I just pray I can sleep. Insomnia keeps kicking my ass!

I've had that time and at first I didn't enjoy it and now it's coming to an end and I'm getting melancholy....

11.42AM and I'm feeling a little sad that summer will be coming to an end soon :( I'm really not a big fan of winter but at least the rain and cold weather will be a good excuse to snuggle up inside with a book! :) Feeling a bit worn out this week - thank goodness the weekend is in sight!

Hard to believe Kayla graduates in 3 months. Where does the time go? Enjoying my current read of Shadow and Bone. So much better than the last book I attempted.

Janie how are you enjoying Shadow and Bone? Im contemplating on reading it. Thats great that you get to sleep in. Summer is almost here! Thats great that Kayla will be graduating in 3 months. 10:29PM Went out to dinner this evening and I had some ribs. Hard to order out when watching calories and carbs, but meat is always a safe choice. LOL Aeverie is staying over tonight. I have not seen him since Sunday. He is playing go fish with Kay. I got to read a bit today, and might read some more or play my online game.

5:19 pm At a birthday party with my husband. Someone my husband grew up with. Got a feeling that he doesn't like me. He always snubbed me in passing and he is snubbing me at his party. Its all good because I don't have to communicate with him. I could have stayed home and continued reading The Stand.
