Has anyone else read..."Janie I was just reading over that book on Goodreads, it sounds creepy. I think I understand your frustration.
Just watched your TBR vlog Janie. Sounds like you have some really good ones. I know how excited you were to get to "Scarlet" :) the one where the crime scene is in the writers book sounds intriguing.

10:18PM Just finished my Reorganization Project- Library LOL Everything in now alphabetized. It took forever and was very frustrating at times but it is so worth it now. I am worn out, but I am so glad I finally got it all done!
Susan, yep some pretty good ones for this month that I am looking forward too. Of course my time spent in the library took away almost my whole day of reading today. *Sigh* Can't have it both ways.

8:23AM Eating my breakfast with some tea and ready to start my day. Have a video to record for Tuesday Talks and then it is the nose to the book since I did not get to read yesterday.
Susan not too mention being able to find books I want to read! LOL

11:16 A.M. Off to work in a little bit. Can't wait till it's time to get off of work so I can read!!!!

Trying to stay warm. 6 more inches of snow on top of 2 inches of ice this morning in TX. What the heck? Janie, hope Kay enjoys her day off and Randy's travel is safe. The news said DFW airport had the most canceled flights in the "World" this morning.

6:35AM Went and had some fast food at Chicken E. now I am home with some white chocolate raspberry coffee and a great book!
Susan Kay did enjoy her day off, we built a mini snowman who melted in about an hour LOL and then we threw snowballs at each other. Randy did not go to work this morning because he has to leave at 4:30AM And the roads wee horrible then. So he got the day off.

Me too. There were so many accidents and hardly any traffic at all. Started The Waste Lands, Dark Tower III. His writing and imagination never ceases to amaze me. I can never tell what genre he is writing in this series. So Good.
It's 2:00 p.m. and I'm indulging in a dark chocolate bark with walnuts, almonds, craisins, and regular raisins. YUM! I'm debating about whether or not to go back to work. The couch is ever so comfy! Susan, I chalked that series up to Fantasy.

10:13PM Did not get a lot read today, that figures. LOL But I am going to read more now before bed. Amy went to see a movie so Aeverie has been here and he finally tuckered out. Now some quiet time.

4:43 AM I have to be at my school at 5:30 for tennis practice every morning. This week has been so rough! I'm glad the weather is supposed to be in the 40s and 50s this weekend. It's going to be so warm!

Susan wrote: "I don't know for sure. It feels like it slips in and out of Sci-Fi, Fantasy and mystery thriller."He does cross genres a lot in his books. That's what makes him so versatile as an author. I was tempted to put this book on my sci-fi shelf as well, but just left it on fantasy.

It's 9:45 a.m. I just had a banana and a second cup of coffee. I'm debating about how lazy I want to be today.

11:51AM I have been spending the morning with my book and I am loving it. I should hopefully finish this evening. What a great stroll through a time in history that will never be forgotten. I am so glad I decided to do this reread. We will be going out at some point this evening though.
UGH Susan I would hate to have to play catch up on laundry since that is one chore I have that I hate above all others. LOL Good luck on getting it all out of the way!

Hey everyone, sorry I've been MIA (missing in action) the past few days. My family and I have had a rough couple of days, yesterday morning my Grandfather passed away from heart failure, and it was very sudden, and I'm still very shocked. He lived a good life through, he was 88 years old. We will miss him terribly but we will always remember the fun times we shared and the good laughs. This weekend my Dad and I will be going up clean out my Grandfather's house to get it ready to put it on the market. This was my Dad's father and he's having a hard time so luckily I'll be accompanying him up to help and support.

7:10PM Took some time today to go to take Aeverie to the playground since the temps were warmer today. Now gonna settle in and read more of my book The Fire Sermon. It is so good. I entered a giveaway for the physical copy.
Corey my heart, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this very difficult time.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm gonna be MIA for a couple days, I'm gonna be heading up to my Grandfather's house with my Dad to help him get it cleaned out, so we can put the house on the market. It's going to be hard for us to do it because there were a lot of memories in the house, but I think my Grandfather would be proud that I volunteered to help clean out his house, he is now up there with my Grandmother and they're both watching over my family and I.Anyway, I'll let you guys know when I get back. Take it easy everyone.

9:46PM Had a great day of reading today. I will finish The Fire Sermon tonight. Such a great read, so very different from most YA Dystopian novels. I think next I will read The Titan's Curse before my buddy read on the 15th.
Corey take it easy yourself too. I am thinking of you.

8:24pm driving to Houston! (Rather my husband is driving). We get on a cruise ship Sunday. Gone for 7 days...ready to unplug from electronics and real life for a little bit!

11:50PM Got some more reading done today but not as much as I would have liked. About to read more now before bed. Will finish this book probably tomorrow.
Have fun Cassie and enjoy!

It's 10:15 a.m. and I'm thinking that I should get dressed, open the curtains up, grab another cup of coffee and settle into reading my book.

2:32PM About to finish The Titan's Curse. Less than 100 pages to go. I really enjoyed this one. Not sure what the plan is for today, but I would love to get out.

8:00PM Went out for dinner, just got home. Starting a buddy read tomorrow with Amanda. We are reading The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes. Looking forward to it.
Holly it is hard to decide which King books to read. I know I want to do a reread on Salem's lot this year. Been too long.

It is 9:10am and I haven't been online in 2 days. Had a busy weekend. So I am playing catch up on emails, Goodreads groups and have a ton of Booktube videos to watch.

9:23AM Had a good night of rest. Was up late reading. I finished The Titan's Curse and started The Secret Life of CeeCee Wilkes. I also picked up Salem's Lot and read the first few pages. LOL

It's quiet around here. Yesterday the guys set up a weight set in the garage so I have not seen much of them. Janie, are you enjoying The Secret LOCC? I was considering reading it.
Hope all are enjoying their weekend.

So far it is interesting Susan. I just have an issue with this older guy dating this 16 year old. Just because she excelled in school and she is in college it makes it alright I guess.

11:32a- at work. a Monday. Blarghlistening to the audio of 'Salem's Lot. I have read it before but I'm revisiting some of SK's old stuff again. Hello friend.
Looking forward to my lunch breadk so I can get back to I Am Pilgrim

12:15PM Wow this book picked up a lot and I feel really bad for CeeCee and so bad that I can't even justify saying she is in this mess because of a bad choice. I feel like she was fooled for the most part. Anyway, it is very good.
Having some Spicy chicken quesadilla soup for lunch, it is really very good. YUM!

1:36PM Hey guys, just got back home from my Grandfather's house, we got a lot of stuff cleaned out. It wasn't easy to go into the house because of all the memories, but that's normal. But we all got through it, and I've reconnected with a couple family members who I haven't seen in forever, so that was good. I brought back a few things of my Grandfather's that hold memories and that I'm gonna hang onto.I got some good pictures of his house and found some old pictures to take home with me, those are the memories you always remember.

Susan I had so much fun and I am so glad that we got to do this. Now we need to do this again very soon and get upstairs to the contemporary section. It is pretty big up there, it shares the space with the classics.
