10:49PM and my wife and I are relaxing on the couch, watching TV and doing our own things. It is so wonderful that we can be so happy just being with each other. I'll get some reading done when we turn in for the night, but currently enjoying just relaxing.

That is awesome Chris - my husband and I are a bit like that, and I agree with you that it is wonderful that you can just enjoy each others company.

It's 6.32pm here. First day I've been home in a long time. Have had a lovely Christmas break with family and friends but it's nice to be relaxing in my own home again. I've had a nice day pottering around the house and reading. I now need to stop being lazy and go cook some dinner!

It's 10:17am and I'm spending a lazy morning drinking coffee and checking out GR. Hub is taking pictures of the puppy in the snow. Looking forward to some new library books today. It's a great day to stay inside and cuddle up under my quilt (made by my great-grandmother) with something good to read.

So my phone has been going crazy with notifications for this discussion so I thought I'd see what all the chatter was about. Kathryn, I made homemade baked potato soup tonight too and it was delicious. I will also agree that none of you look old enough to have kids that old. My oldest is 3 and I'm 29.

Janie-I think having a messy room is just a 14 year old thing. I cleaned my room.....every once in a while. Then, all of a sudden when I was about 15, I started to become OCD about my room and it was pretty much spotless all through high school, college, and still is. Hopefully she'll grow out of it.

10:51AM back at work, ready for a long day. Sundays are always slow and drawn out. Hope to get a little reading in, and we go to our last Christmas celebration tonight. Finally this holiday is over. My 3 year old thinks he should get presents everyday now. This is a tantrum waiting to happen.

10:36AM and it's SNOWING!!! Firs actual snow of the season for us and we are expected to get up to 3 inches by tomorrow. Stuck at work but we close early today. Going to enjoy New Years Eve with my family, with a fire, and some party foods. My wife and I got a new puzzle for Christmas and we can't wait to put it together tonight while watching movies or a tv show marathon.
