Sanne, you refer to the original hardcover published in 2001, but the ISBN you provided is the number mentioned for the second edition of 2009. Has your copy the same ISBN #?

Checked the ISBN # on picarta.nl The hardcover of 2001 has ISBN # 90-6550-667-5. Can you confirm this?

Should I enter the hardcover version, and what about the cover of the 2001 edition. Is it the same as the 2009 paperback edition?

yes the cover is the same, and as far as I know, the contents of the paperback and the hardback are the same too. So for me it doesn't matter which one is added. I don't know how this is normally done here?

In fact every edition is logged here. So I will enter the 2009 edition as well and combine them so you can choose the one you are using. I'll inform you when I'm finished.
