Deleting a book

I need to have this book removed, but couldn't find how to do it. It has never sold, and is no longer available on Amazon and B&N.

The book was and is available as a free download and Barnes & Noble are selling it:

Wow, I had no idea it was there. I'm working to get it deleted immediately. I'll let you know when it's been deleted (no copies were sold).

Dear Dale, I saw the book and noticed that you are the author of the book. Even though the book did not do well in the market i would say that you keep the profile alive. I have come across millions of books which has not been added as read yet. and i have stumbled upon such books many a time. so i would say that the chances of getting to know a book is higher when there is a profile for it. its just my opinion. :-)

Once it has been put up for sale, we will keep it on GR, even after it is out of print.
