I finished Where Dreams Begin by Lisa Kleypas . I loved it. Lisa Kleypas can do no wrong. haha I don't know what I'm going to read next. I'm thinking of The Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen .

message 353: by Erin (new)

Erin (erin-b) Joyce, I finished my pick Me and My Shadow (Silver Dragons, #3) by Katie MacAlister this morning and I really enjoyed it. I don't know why I had skipped over this one before, but I'm glad to have read it at last. The narrator for the audiobooks seems to be the same throughout all of Katie MacAlister's dragon books and I really like her too. Thanks for the pick! Now I may have to go back and read Love in the Time of Dragons now that I know what actually happened in the book before.

message 354: by Ty (new)

Ty | 1943 comments Sandy,

Read my first PIFM this month, Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake. Loved it - love love love it. For some reason, I've been highly resistant to reading this author, but I guess I had someone else in mind. Anyhoo, thanks so much for the rec!

done:
Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake (Love By Numbers #1) by Sarah MacLean

So glad you enjoyed it, Brett! I just finished one by Lisa Kleypas, too -- Sugar Daddy. It was fantastic!

Hope you get a chance to get to The Sugar Queen. It's my favorite of Sarah Addison Allen's books (although I like almost all of them).

Thanks for the great choices. Im going to start with Cry No More and Can You Keep a Secret?. If I can fit them in Tempting the Beast and The Duke And I."

You're welcome! I'm so glad you picked Cry No More, such an emotional ride! As for Tempting The Beast, the series is very interesting; however, the best book in the series IMO is book 3- Elizabeth's Wolf. Enjoy and let me know if you enjoyed your picks or not.

message 371: by Renee (new)

Renee Nicole | 175 comments OH MY GOD, I've just torn myself away from The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins after the "game change". I need a breather. This book is amazing, I can't EVEN!

I'm so glad some other people are discovering this series. I picked up the first one for free as well and now I'm hooked. Really interesting take on mythology.

message 380: by ShoSho (new)

ShoSho (shoshost) | 59 comments Brett I finished Virgin River yesterday and gave it 5 starts and planing to start the next one sometimes this week thank you :)

Jim son of Jim (formerly PhotoJim) (jim_formerly_photojim) | 5294 comments Pollyanna, working my way through Tempted Tempted by Megan Hart . I'm really enjoying it. Lots of emotion and well written. Unless something drastic changes in the next half the book, I see this as going on my keeper shelf.

message 382: by Juana "Darkness" (last edited Nov 11, 2012 06:01PM) (new)

Juana "Darkness" Duran | 423 comments From my picks I picked Branded by Keary Taylor Branded (Fall of Angels, #1) by Keary Taylor . It was cool and exciting at the same time. But Cole could stand not to be so bossy with Jessica. Over all I liked the story. I couldn't get a hold on some of the other picks because our library is poorly stocked. So this is it for me.

message 385: by Tiffanny (new)

Tiffanny I just finished Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews . It was just okay for me. I kept waiting for something good to happen I guess. I don't know if I'm going to continue with the series, but I might just because I have a hard time starting a series and not finishing it even if I don't like it. This book has been suggested numerous times on different PIFM's so I was kind of suprised I found it so lacking =(

message 388: by Lorena (new)

Lorena (ravette) | 19 comments So far I have finished the following:

Dance with the Devil by Sherrilyn Kenyon - <3 I loved this book but I have yet to find one of her books that I don't love.

Bunny and the Bear by Eve Langlais - This one was just so/so for me. I liked the male lead but the female got on my nerves a litte.

:( I couldn't find a copy of these two so I won't be reading them.
The Big Over Easy by Jasper Fforde
The China Garden by Liz Berry.

Left To Finish:
Son of the Morning - Started this morning!
The Mane Event
Wild Magic
Dragon Bound by Thea Harrison
Fire Me Up by Katie MacAlister.
Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh.
The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley

Glad you've been enjoying your picks so far. Yeah, I was looking at Amazon to see if there are actually any copies of The China Garden for sale, but it definitely seems to be out of print. Hope you enjoy the rest.

message 390: by Alexis (new)

Alexis (LexaReads) | 375 comments Hey Suzanne I finished reading The Peach Keeper today! I always love her books. THey are just so heartwarming. I can be in the worst of moods and by the end of her novels I'm just as happy as can be.. Plus, I think her writing style is so poetic. Anyways, thanks for a great recommendation! I'm going to try to get at least one more in this month, but it's the end of the semester... so you never know if I'll have the time.

Yay!! I'm so glad you loved Virgin River!! I just dived back into the series after a long break and I'm already dying to continue. You'll discover, that unlike most romance series... Robyn Carr doesn't make her past couples back burners for a new story... you seriously become intwined with their lives through the entire series! I love it. Can't wait to hear what other picks you are able to read!

I had a hard time with this book, too! She just dumps you right into the world, and it takes some getting used to. But I have heard (like Ty said) that the series keeps getting better and better.
