SOLVED Borderlands? Maybe [s]

A shared-world horror anthology set in a city with two areas, one "normal," one not normal. Lots of weirdos, crazies, magical folk, demons, etc. Some people can cross the border between the two sides, but most don't. I thought it was the Borderlands books by Monteleone but the descriptions doesn't seem to have the set in a city theme. So any ideas would be helpful.

Thanks! It's the Teri Windling series. The first book is called Borderland, so no wonder I got it mixed up with the Borderlands anthology series. Appreciate it.
