How do you combine?

Hi - I am a new author on Goodreads. About a month ago I posted my Kindle edition of my novel and today I just published on Kobo and wanted to add this to my listing (ISBN is different). However, I inadvertently created a duplicate listing of the book on Goodreads. I read the Librarian manual on how to combine, but can't seem to find the corresponding icon to click on to combine the two. Can anyone help me please?

Also, I'm having difficulty (I say with tongue in cheek... really I'm just technologically challenged) assigning the link to Kobo and Kindle for this book. Any advice you give me on that too would be appreciated. Thank-you!

I combined those for you. Looks like the link issue is probably because you put the ISBN13 in the ISBN10 box, and it got cut off. What should the full ISBN13 be?
