Question about turnaround time for Giveaways

Hello, I'm giving away a copy of this book and the contest is set to end on the 21st of October (to allow time to mail the book before Halloween). I'm leaving town on the 22nd and will not be in an area with any internet access. I'm wondering if the contest ends on the 21st, will I also receive the winner's name on the 21st, so I can mail the book before I leave? Or should I modify the date and have it end sooner?
