Please Help Me Find This Book!!!

Hi, I am new here and am looking for a book about a werewolf and he falls for a fox woman and there is a scene where he is chasing her and they are shape shifting through-out the chase.
I think he's Irish? but I am not sure.. anyways he falls for her and decides she should be his lifelong mate. I don't know how much of this is accurate I'm going off of what a friend told me about it a while ago. Please help! I have to find this book for her as a gift for her surprise party next week!

It sounds like Wolf at the Door by Christine Warren. I read this book a couple of weeks ago and it has a scene like that at the beginning.
