message 369: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments Ok. Wow! So Rachel and Justin. Gone with the Wind is a pretty hefty book. Let me find it because I put it away in a box and then we can decide when we want to start it.

Also i didn't find a copy, i thought it was one of those classics you can get free but it isn't and i don't want to read it enough to buy a copy. Sorry again.

message 373: by Addy (new)

Addy | 1944 comments That's ok Justin. I don't really think I could squeeze it in anyway. Some other time.

I will be listening to Milk-Blood: A Tale of Urban Horror and the sequel All Smoke Rises: Milk-Blood Redux on audible soon

Justin (justineaton) | 3492 comments Mod
Mark has offered free kindle copies of both as well as a free audible copy of all smoke rises to anyone willing to leave a review. if anyone wants to buddy read with me. The code for the audible book just adds a credit to your account that can be used on anything, i got the free kindle copy of all smoke rises and then noticed i could do a $2 upgrade and get the audible edition so i just bought it and used the credit for a $25 book i wanted.

I told him someone was interested and linked him to this thread so he should reply when he sees it. Want to start milk blood tomorrow or do you need to finish something else first?

Hi Folks. Mark Matthews here, author of Milk-Blood and All Smoke Rises. Huge thanks to Justin for this post. MILK-BLOOD has been optioned for film and ALL SMOKE RISES is the follow-up and can be read as a stand-alone story. Reception has been excellent so far.

I'm happy to provide a voucher for a FREE Kindle download from amazon for either Milk-Blood or All Smoke Rises (US only. If outside of the US, message me for other options). I have about seven audio vouchers left, so can provide one of those as well. Just message me here or email to WickedRunPress@gmail.com (Vicki, I just messaged you.)

Mark
