Yep. I actually found that cover pretty early, but I thought the book was originally published in 2006, so I spent way longer than I want to admit looking for a book I found right off the bat.

I do kind of agree with you. When that clue was posted it was around 2am my time and I could only be on because it's my week off from school (which clearly I'm taking advantage of since I'm on again late tonight :P). Normally, though, there's no way I could've still been online at the time.
I definitely understand the bonus points idea and would usually think it's a good one, but it's hard with everyone in different time zones.

Jona actually raised this issue to me as soon as i posted the clue! hehe, well, the reason I did that is to break the ties. We'll come up with some bonus rounds this week and I'll figure out the time zones. =)
Everyone is amazing with how fast you find the answers. Sometimes in order to break ties we can from time to time award extra points. Some may consider this unfair since we all have different time zones. Unfortunately, there is no way around this as every member of this group have different time zones. I hope everyone understands that this is all simply a part of the game. Our objective has always been to make this fun for everyone.

I think I'm dropping out of this one. My hubby wasn't very happy that I spent the morning looking for books and my house is a disaster zone right now. Plus I have a lot of books I need to catch up on! Good luck ladies! I'm interested to see what the answers are to books 10 and 11 :)*EDIT* I'm a big fat liar. I just took another stab at #11. I hate cleaning and I avoid it at all costs, so when I say I feel like I need to clean...you know things are bad! I wish cleaning made me feel better...it just puts me in a bad mood. I never feel like I get anywhere. The house will be clean and then a half hour later my boys have it demolished again! Next time you need to blow off some steam feel free to come clean my house! Lol :)

Book #12: This horror book was published in 1981 by Permanent Press. The book cover shows title and the name of the author written in blue text with a plain white background.
Book #13:This book was first published in 1943... The first edition cover shows a woman in a white dress and has the word "wife" on its title.
Book #14: (for 2 points) This book have a total of 5 editions and was first published in 1994. The cover shows a human body under water.
