Does the paperback have an ISBN assigned? Also, I notice from the webpage you linked to that there's a non-Kindle ebook edition available as well -- does that one have a separate ISBN?

No, there is no ISBN as yet - at the moment there's only the ASIN from Kindle (the paperback and non-Kindle ebook are available through the website Lulu).
