Here is your book. Do the paperback and ebook editions share an ISBN or do they have differing ones? Also do you know the page numbering for the paperback?

I don't know if the ISBN is different. I'll ask the pub.

I assume the page numbering is the same on both eBook and paperback. A PDF has 158 pages, so should be close to that or the same.
