Moira (11moira) | 242 comments Ok once again I can't think of the name of another book. This one is an adult romance, it may be erotica but I'm not sure, in which a woman's fiance dumps her. They work together in the same accountants firm I think. She meets some guy who's tall rich handsome. Not sure what he does or if they already knew each other but I'm pretty sure they spend the night together but she sends him away the next morning or something. The only other details I remember is that all her colleagues were sympathizing with her.
Next day she was riding down the elevator, and I think the ex was with her or he ran into her down stairs, and he was being all sympathetic in a patronizing way. So she told him that she was already seeing someone. Pretty sure he didn't believe her but then they hear the sound of a speeding car and the guy from the night before turns up in an expensive car. Pretty sure she had told him about the ex and he makes it a point to kiss her in front of everyone saying how lucky he is.
Pleeeeease help me!!:)

A book away from an episode of hoarders (fidgit77) | 257 comments This reminds me of one of the early Dark Hunter books. I'll edit this as soon as I find the scene I'm thinking of and share the title.
