Author's First Page Group

Hi everyone, I just created a group called First Page Of Your Book where authors can post the first page of their work and readers and other writers can comment on why they like it or don't like it and whether it would make them want to continue reading the book.

That first page is such a critical choice I'm very curious to see how other writers choose to introduce their stories.

So far I'm the only member and am waiting to post my page. I didn't want to be first, not because I don't like my page, but because it seemed presumptuous somehow.:)
