Maybe I'm missing something obvious here, but how do you combine editions of a book if they don't show up on the same page of the Combine Editions page? When you're working with books by an author like R.L. Stine who's written about a bazillion books, they take up multiple pages, and if you go to page 2, you lose your selection on page 1. So how can I select both to combine them?

The only way is to edit the two books in question, putting something recognisable at the beginning of it so that A) it shows up on the same page, and B) makes it easy to find. For example for combines I'll put my name (lafon), and once the combine is done remove it. For merges I'll put the decidedly less inventive "merge" instead.
