Silver This provides quite the contrast to the previous scene, even the name itself. We went from a Dungeon to a Pleasant Landscape. There is something very Idyllic and Dreamlike about this.

Faust seems to have awoken from the torments of the suffering of Margaret and what was left of her fate, to enter this almost Eden like scene.
