Erin (erinreadsbooks) How did you like In Defense of Food? That and Animal, Vegetable, Miracle: A Year of Food Life completely change my life and the way I eat.

I'm doing my 8th grade graduation project on that subject. I've never read Animal Vegetable Miracle: A Year of Food Life, but it sounds good.
