Hello! Help me to correct an author's name:http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/...
I have tried to change into the correct form but I am not a librarian yet. Until then, please do this for me. Thank you!

What is the correct form?
The correct form is "Jose Saramago". With just one "r".

I don't think any of the titles associated with 2-r Sarramago overlap with any of 1-r's. Is it possible that these are two separate people?
I have to admit that all three books associated with 2-r Sarramago are introduced by myself and this is what I want now to correct. No, there aren't two separated people, just the Nobel prized author Jose Saramago and my mistake when trying to add in library the Romanian versions of some of his books. So, thank you so much if you'll repair this bad spelling of Saramago's name!

I tried again and, amazing, I could repair by myself the wrong spelling. Sorry for bothering you!
We aren't bothered. I'm just curious how you were able to correct the author's name on the books?

No. What you just did was edit the name on the three books on the faulty profile. The profile is still there.

No problem then; just wanted to make sure. I went into the author profile you provided, changed the spelling and was given the option to merge that profile with the 1-r one. I did that and the 2-r profile is now gone.

I merged the book into Year Of The Cat and moved the ISBN13 to that book.
