Say what you will about twilight, but these books have inspired many of the writers we now read today. Writers that got their start writing fan-fiction based on the twilight series/characters. And doing so sparked the creativity and passion in those writers encouraging us to read. example: "Fifty Shades of Grey" aka- "Masters of the Universe"

Yes yes yes!! I was really getting tired of all those twilight haters. I mean seriously if it was that bad, why was it so famous? Why was it made into a movie? Why is it read by teens all around the world? Twilight is amazing and I just don't get what's to hate. And don't even get me started on those authors that tried copying Twilight. Ugh. Pathetic people with no creativity or imagination that end up copying another author's ideas. I mean don't they have pride? Okay maybe I was a bit too mean on this rant but still.
