"I can't run away, not from you Gabriel. I love you, and like I said before, I don't care about the consequences. You can do whatever you want to me, to my home, and that won't change how I feel," Kiera whispered softly in his ear. She hadn't flinched when he embedded the knife into the wall. Instead she had simply continued to look him in the eye, because if he had done it, if he had hurt her, she wanted him to be able to see her eyes... And understand that the love she felt for him, it'd always be there. "You don't have to protect me though, or run away with me. I understand that there are things that must be done. All I need is for you to let me be here, by your side, till the end," she continued, her voice almost quieter than before.

Gabriel wrapped his arms around Kiera. "Your the most stubborn, wonderful, and bravest girl i have ever met... Or loved." He said and stroked her hair. "And I'm a stupid, sadistic, fool how tried to change that." He squeezed her tightly. "I'm sorry for acting how I did, I jut needed to know." and he hated himself for being so pathetic. "And your right, I can't keep my promise of never letting go, if you aren't with me to hold on too."
Kiera hugged him back, though obviously not as tightly. After all, how could she, a teenage girl, possibly have strength that was equivalent to Gabriel's, who was a good deal taller than her. She had a feeling that what had just happened between the two of them would make no sense to anyone else, but she understood... She understood perfectly, although she wan't quite sure if that was one of teh reasons she loved Gabriel, or a product of their love for eachother. "Then I can stay?" she asked him hopefully. Honestly she wasn't quite sure that his answer mattered, as she haad a feeling that there was a good chance she'd stay with him, even if he disagreed,
He laughed at her. Rubbing her hair he bent down and picked her up, throwing her over his shoulder. "You have no choice! You are now my captive!" He teased. "I warned you I'd never let go." He said and twirled them in a circle. He was tired of all the tears and seriousness and just wanted to have some fun for a bit.
Kiera giggled, feeling awfully giddy now that everything was sorted out. She understood his need to not be serious anymore too. After all, their conversation before had really sort of lowered her mood, and now she was eager for their relationship to be a bit brighter. However she wasn't fooling herself, she knew they'd never be one of those perfect couples that could be satisfied with some kissing and never get tired of eachother. Their road definetely was going to be a bumpy one.
Gabriel grinned a grin of pure happiness. He loved the sound of Kiera's laugh. Lowering her to the ground he set her down and kissed her cheek. "I think we should maybe get started on that shed now. but first, some food and a treat?" He asked and then remembered, "No wait your my prisoner. You have to do what I say!" He said jokingly.
"Is that so? Well then what do you say, master?" she asked him with a playful smile. Depending on what he asked, she might actually do it. Of course it was entirely possible he'd say something completely ridiculous and she'd respond with a playful kiss, not even bothering to try to acomplish what he asked. Then again, perhaps she would try, simply because that's [art of being in love. Doing foolish things for the other person.
Gabriel grabbed her hand and started walking forward. "I know some people at the strawberry fields. Maybe we could go get some instead of ice cream? And you also have to let me hold your hand all the way there." He told Kiera then paused. "DO you like strawberries? Gabe asked curiously. He really just wanted to make her happy and do something fun. If she thought walking on hot coals was fun or dancing. He' do either one right then and there.
(If he did that I'd probably be like all "Gabriel, you've officially crossed the line between really sweet and really stupid. Like honestly, go find a girlfriend actually worth your time." But then of course Kiera would like murder me, even though she's not actually real...)"I sure do," Kiera told him, giving him a playful peck on the lips before starting off towards the strawberry fields while basically skipping. Yes, skipping. It was an action she'd never attempted before, but seemed that she has some sort of natural talent for as she wasn't actually too bad at it. Then again, perhaps it was simply the fact that she was holding Gabriel's hand, and they had sorted out all their current problems. That might've been the reason, as it had changed her mood to be rather giddy.
