I'm a little self concious about all this. I am afraid people won't believe me even if I tell them and earnestly insist it is the truth -.- Oh well here I go. I am clairvoyant, I think.. I'm not sure, I don't quite understand what's going on with me. I've experienced things with my friend so I know I'm not crazy. I certainly hope not :/
Its going to sound a little lame, but when I was little, I saw a couple ghosts before, and I still have similar experiences even today.I don't really see them anymore, just quick flashes, or glimpses, but I still feel them, and hear them sometimes, making noise or such...
I had one shadow follow me from one house to the other. It was a shadow of someone, assumingly a male, with either spiky hair or a crown. I think about it these days and it might more likely have been a crown but for the area I lived at, it would have to have been a fake crown...or just spiked hair.
I dunno. The First time he just stood there, the next time at the other house, he totally walked down the hall. Justa shadow...
But I have other experiences with other things too o_o
And as far as I'm aware, seeing/hearing/feeling ghost IS an unusual, mystic power so...don't laugh at me. D':

I'm an Air Elemental, but over the past few months, I've been very connected to Fire and the Earth. The Water seems to hate me though, but I understand why.
In one of my past lives, I died in a horrible accident, partially by drowning.
Oh, another thing is that I get visions nonstop, whether or not they're from the past, present, or future. I've actually remembered two of my past lives.
I can also pick up on paranormal energy, meaning, I can feel when one is present and other things like that.
I've also noticed that if I get angry, being an Air Elemental, the weather will get bad...really bad. I think a lot of the rainstorms around where I live are actually caused partially by me. I get angry a lot. Lol.
Hmm...I can't think of anything else right now, but if I do, I'll be sure to write it down. ^-^
I like bad weather. It makes me happy. But if I lived in a place where bad weather is common I'd get sick of it. Here bad weather is a treat

Me too suprisingly it's not uncommon with the other people I know who have powers.

I've been, I guess gifted would be the right word, with several ..gifts. The dead come to see me. I've had two face to face encounters with death on it's way to another person and pleaded for the life of the other person and felt death move away from the other person. I can see over great distances. There have been times when I have healed parts of bodies. There have been times when I have spoken and known that it was done. That was and is done with out ritual of any kind. I have visions that have lasted for long periods of time.I have traveled through vortex's and see other places that arn't here.
I've tried to find other people who have had these same kinds of experiences. They are hard to find. I honestly don't think I'm the only person who has this stuff happen to them.

It does tend to make me feel like I'm from some other planet watching the locals, if that makes sense. I know I'm here because there is work to do and when I do the work often people forget that they have met me.
A couple of months ago I met this guy on the bus who was convinced that I was an angel. I learned when people are convinced of something that no matter what I try to tell them, that I'm human, I figure they are seeing something that I haven't been able to see. The strange part is that we went into a store together and he went one way and I went the other. A short while later I saw him, he was looking all over for me, I knew he was because of how he was looking down every isle, but I didn't say anything. He walked past me several times and couldn't see me standing right there.
That's happened several times. I've almost been run over a few times by people who don't see me standing there. That's a little weird, but I figured that with everything else, that's probably normal too. Disappearing with out knowing I've disappeared.
Do I have knowledge of powers outside my own experiences? Just what is out there information wise. It's the reason I keep searching. I figure there has to be more people out there who live in this same place.
I'm glad you said something. It's nice to meet someone else who lives in this space.

Question. How do you fix illusions.I was in this class today, which required to bring worksheets. I swore I brought them out of my bag, into the classroom. Then to brought my pencil out, to find out my friend was asking me where my sheets were. Turns out they were still in the bag. Awkwarrd.
I have occasional dreams of the future, am a magic healer (I use the web of magic/energy to take other peoples' pain and make it my own) and can communicate with the elements. Believe it or not as you see fit, but I was taught of magic by a water spirit.

That's awesome. I've always been closer to the forests so I've seen water spirits before but they are very shy for the most part except when they become curious so it's really odd that one would teach you but I believe you. I ask however do you only know offensive and healing magic?

And I believe you mean defensive? My education wasn't really extensive, I'm afraid, I only visited him once a week over the fall. But since I'm destined to be a healer (both my parents are as well, but in a physical sense rather than magical) he taught me what he thought was most important. :)

I've been reading and following and would like to add my thoughts to this. What Billie does, taking other people's pain and making it their own can open the door to some interesting things, confusion after a time because it becomes hard to tell what is yours and what isn't. Being able to feel the pain of others is an empthic skill and depending on how developed it is will determine how strong it affects you.It would be wise to ask what you are allowed to take on and what is not yours to take on. Being willing is wonderful but it can become dangerous as in if you run into an energy vampire who appears to need healing they can destroy you.
An energy vampire is just one thing you must be aware of, and so it is prudent to ask before you take on the pain of another.
Healers are neither offensive nor defensive, they simply have the gift of healing. Again asking before you do is always wise. There may be reasons unknown to you that have to do with the lessons of a persons life which is tied into a condition.
Jumping in with all go before you know can get you into serious trouble or you can end up creating a mess that you don't mean to.
Billie, just another thought here, you said you think your reincarnated from your grandpa...do you mean you are your grandpa reincarnated? In all the reading I've done on reincarnation and looking into it I've never run into anything that suggests being reincarnated from, that would suggest only that you are his descendent. Either you are your grandpa reincarnated or he has become a guide for you.

Billie- That's good advice and you'd be wise to consider those thoughts.
On another related note I should probably say that till recently I was cursed to be what Wendy calls "An energy vampire" it is curable though very difficult and is often caused by the use of dark magic that is ABSOLUTELY forbidden. I don't really caree to put my past out there like that but if I want you guys to trust me I figure I should trust you and tell you at least that much.

The problem is not with not being good with words, the problem is lack of research when experiences happen. If you don't know how to research something out when it comes to the supernatural, the paranormal and all other points on this very big map, it can be difficult to know where to start.Way back when I was young and things were happening the only way to explore was the local library and on occasion I would meet an sage soul who would more or less drop bread crumbs by saying things that I was left to figure out on my own. Today we have this marvelous thing called the internet which offers vast collections of storehouses of information. A really good place to start in your search is to do a search on reincarnation, elementals(that would be related to your water spirit). That's just a couple. What you will find is that there are a lot of sources out there and part of the education is learning what is real and what I've heard called by some as fluffy bunny stuff aka fantasy magic stuff that people are convinced is real.
A good library to start digging around is this place: Sacred Text Archive. It's a web site that will help you in your research. There are other good places to search but this is one that has enough stuff to start with.
I don't know why, but I can feel auras of emotions radiating off someone. I sense anger the most easily, which feels kinda warm to the fingertips.
