William Mego (willmego) I'm concerned with the way things have been going lately, so I'm going to go ahead and nominate some stuff this month.

This Is How You Lose Her by Junot Díaz written by Junot Díaz Junot Díaz which was announced about 2 hours or so ago as a finalist for the national book award,

and

Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk A Novel by Ben Fountain written by Ben Fountain Ben Fountain which was also nominated this morning.
