difficulties adding a different edition of a book

I normally have no difficulties adding books to the Goodreads database. I always check to see if the ISBN or ISBN13 is in the system before I add it. I tried to add an edition today, and got the following error message:

"1 error prohibited this record from being saved:
■Isbn is taken by an existing book with the title "Calendar Mysteries 12-Copy Mixed Display (#7, 8)". Search for 0375868860 in the header to view it. If you believe this is an error please double-check your data, then check the Goodreads Librarians group. ISBNs are optional so you can also add this book without an ISBN."

I checked for the ISBN and ISBN13, as well as the title "Calendar Mysteries 12-Copy Mixed Display," but I got no results. I'm not sure what went wrong, can you assist?

Looks like that ISBN is associated with an item that was marked as Not A Book and removed from the database. I'll see what we can do about that.
