I have been trying to read American Psycho..But I am finding it very difficult to move forward..From the 30 pages that I read so far, all I could get was name of fashion companies and how guys discuss fashion and identify them in a wink..Does the book get more readable afterwards ??

That's all part of the insanity of the book. The entire book is like that. It's not your typical serial killer book.
