Update cover for Break: Part One

I created an alternate-cover entry for the book and combined it with the original record. Since we're not allowed to take any kind of information from Amazon, could you supply us with the ASIN and publishing information for it?

Authors can now set which edition/bookcover shows as default/primary edition (what shows in simple searches , in their author pages, giveaways, etc.).
