Deleting books that do not exist

I have just joined the Author's Program and discovered that there is an "edition" of by book "Karla" on my page that does not exist. The book was originally contracted by General Publishing back in 2000 but before I submitted the manuscript General went bankrupt. What appears to have happened is someone at General entered the title and author etc. before the bankruptcy and in anticipation of its publication. How do I delete this entry? Sw

There are five editions of "Karla":
The original "hardcover" edition that appears on the page but is unavailable to purchase except through Abebooks - it is something of a "collector's edition" and out of print.
Then there is the mass market paperback edition published in 2004 by Seal Books/Random House Canada which I don't see listed and don't know how to add.
Then there is the Canadian Kobo/ Kindle /ibook etc. editions published by Random House Digital for Canada.
I don't see it listed and don't know how to add.
Then there is the American edition of Karla published by S.D.S. Communications on Kindle/ Kobo / Nook/ iBooks etc. I don't see it and don't know how to add titles.
All these have separate ISBNs eISBNs, ASINs etc. but I haven't a clue how to add them to the site or my page. Any advice on how to delete the one that doesn't exist and add all the ones that do would be most appreciated.

Supplementary question:

You mention Kindle sd be ASIN, Kobo ISBN starting with 126, Nook and BNID? starting with 249 - Why? Is this relevant to the Canadian or American ebook editions of Karla? Or my other book, Invisible Darkness for that matter, which only has the American mass market paperback listed as far as I can tell?

It looks like the book could have been on the system for 4 years or more. Presumably it appeared on Stephen's page when the GR employee disambigged (correctly) the author name.

It is relevant because your original post supplied no information about the editions you were referring to.
