Hello,

Can you please combine the two editions of my book, The Last Falcon? When I first joined Goodreads, I had obtained an ISBN for the paperback but hadn't yet produced it (the number ending 134300). Then when I started the creation process through CreateSpace, I realized I already had an ISBN issued there and that's the one I went with. That CreateSpace book has popped up on Goodreads, creating the second edition. The correct ISBN is 9781477570395.

Thanks,

Colleen

Amara Tanith (aftanith) That particular edition (ISBN 9780988134300) was actually originally a Kindle edition (ASIN B008EFC3EY). I don't know why it was changed, but it shouldn't have been; I've reverted it, so you should be set. :)

Hi Amara,

Sorry for the late response...I didn't receive a reply notification and came back to the forum to make a second request.

Unfortunately I still have two editions showing and I have readers now listed "to-read" on both. I apologize for changing the ISBN on the original Kindle version. I went and obtained an ISBN myself and needed to add it to register for a giveaway, but then I realized Createspace had already set one up and decided to go with that one in the end. ISBN 9780988134300 is NOT the correct number.

Thanks,

Colleen

ps - cool name...I have a character named Amara in my book! :)

Thanks! ;)

ISBN 9780988134300 is no longer in the system.

However, having two editions of The Last Falcon is actually correct. One is the Amazon Kindle edition (B008EFC3EY), and one is the Createspace paperback edition (978-1477570395). Goodreads keeps a record of every published edition of a book; that way, users can shelve/rate/review the edition they actually read/purchased.
