Hello, my name is Damien and I have been a member of this group for a little while, so it's high time I introduced myself to everyone.

I already know one or two members from KUF where I am a regular and have purchased my copy of A Splendid Salmagundi, which I will be reading very soon (my TBR list is starting to grow a little!)

I do have my own novel available. It is on here, but I changed the cover and am trying to work out how to update the image on here. Not sure how :S

Yup, I have just written up my Author Thread. Bit of a ramble, but hopefully it's interesting enough.

I used to say I like reading a lot of fantasy and thrillers. But over the last few months that's changing quite a bit as I am reading almost exclusively Indie at the moment on a wide variety of genres. Most of this also comes from authors I've "met" online.

First off, you have taken over my short lived "longest rambling introduction on the thread" crown just days after i created it.

Second my wife's best friend also has CF and was in the same situation as you. She finally got her lung transplant after 17 late night calls over nine months, one of which even got to the final stage before theatre and then could not go ahead as there was one mismatch in the test results. I hope they manage to find a match for you soon.

I'm a 35 year old, married, Mum of two (a 12 year old son & a daughter who will be 11 on Friday). I don't work as such, but I am an Avon Rep and I look after my 11 month old Neice whilst my brother and sister-in-law are both at work. I have a 19 month old Shih Tzu called Bella, 2 rabbits & a guinea pig.

I read all sorts! I've just had a Kindle Fire HD for my Birthday. Never had an e-reader before and I'm loving it!
