After taking a more realisitic look at things, I've decided to change my goal from 100 pages to 6,000 words. This may change again...I'm bad at figuring these things out. My plan is to complete my YA novel, which is about half-written, hence the short word count.
Do you think 5000 is too little? If not 5000 is my goal!
it can be anything you decide...it really doesn't matter. It all depends on how prolific of a writer you are
I think I'll have a go at this. I can't fail at it worse than I did at Nano. *thinks* Again, going for the page count here. I think I'll do... 3 sides of a page for my normal notebooks and 9 sides of a page for the little one. Shouldn't be impossible or easy, so I'm good. ^^
It's whatever is reachable, but it should be a stretch, you know? The point is to challenge yourself.
yep, thats why i chose those amounts. and i measuered it out once. 3 pages (normal size) was about 1666 words. i counted when i did nano. but i lacked the time every day and failed then. hence the lowered count.
my goal is weird because I don't know what the word count will be, but I'm hoping at least 30K...woot!
You can start later, just adjust for the missed days. That's what I did, though I was only two days late starting.
