I moved David Axtell the illustrator to David^^Axtell
(2 spaces) and your father to David^^^Axtell (three spaces)

The lion hunt had many more editions and ratings. If you like, I could differentiate your father with his middle initial instead of the spaces? If you want I could also add Bio information to his profile
