More contradictions between John and the Synoptics

Resurrecting this for a minute...how many saw the Bible miniseries on the History Channel? I was surprised to see they followed John's sequence of Passion events. Jesus died before Passover, and there was no Passover meal with the twelve. Did they get it wrong?
