why are you so hard on your self Bendomolena is it cause the swim ything you have or something stress can age you know try to relaxit is ok we all make mistakes even me were human every one makes a mistake once in a while there isn't a person who hasn,t made a mistake at one time or another ok

you are down on your self cause you think you made the mistake of wakig up too late and well same thing happened to me my show comes on one a week actually twice in the same night 12:00-1:00 am on tuesday morning adn well I woke up at 11:00 pm fell back asleep then woke up at 2:49 am and well it is ok it is natural for peole to not remember things ok soi don't get your self down ok Bendomolena ok cheer up things will get better
