The title for me was throughout the book...I really stopped and "wondered"....from the jungle to the theme of the fertility of the women in the tribe to the pharmaceutical company sponsoring the drug trials.
I liked the book I thought it was a book with many layers to it. A love story, a romance, a person on a journey to find themselves, medical science, a primitive tribe. Asking yourself questions about would you help or would you just let nature take it's course.
