Tobias/Four and Tris
When that new kid was talking to tris i was like great another love triangle but then he died and i was like op. nevermind. haaha but yes i loved him
It's so refreshing not to have to deal with a love triangle.. this is by far one of my favourite YA relationships. It's simple and fabulous.
I was going through Tris and Four withdrawal after I finished Insurgent. I can't wait for the last book to come out!
By far my favorite literary couple...well behind Elizabeth Bennett and Mr. Darcy of course! Actually Tris and Four are two of my all time favorite characters. I love that they are so well rounded. Four is so strong and yet so vulnerable at the same time. Tris is selfish and selfless in the same person. I love what Four says about bravery being selfless and the interconnected-ness of all the factions.

Best couple ever! I am a diehard fourtris shipper!!! I also liked the fact that it was not a love triangle which is very rare now a days.

Ditto. Divergent is the first book I've read in quite a long time without a love triangle. I like love triangles but in every single ya book out there? Uh no.
I love this romance between tris and four.
I love them together, they bounce off another with personalities and their chemistry is just amazing!
They're so perfect together :') And I love the fact that they both have major flaws - every perfect fictional character must have flaws. If they're too perfect, then it's unrealistic. So yes, I love the flaws that Four and Tris have, both individually and even in their relationship. Love them!! :'D
I can't wait for Allegiant! I really hope Four and Tris won't be so angsty towards each other and they will be able to strengthen their relationship.
I loved the book but I couldn't find myself to really care about the romance. I was much too interested in all the other things going on in the book. It doesn't really matter to me if they get together or not although they probably will.
I really enjoyed the romance in Divergent. It was nice that there wasn't a love triangle and unlike some other YA books, the romance isn't the only thing that matters.
Ahh Tris and Tobias's relationship makes me so happy haha. I love the way their relationship was built up.But all throughout Insurgent I was annoyed with Tris because she kept lying to Tobias and wouldn't just trust him. & She kept going off and risking her life until she was like 'I realize I didn't want to die.' Uh, well duh. Did you just realize this?
But I'm glad they patched everything up before the end of the book. Them still fighting would have drove me crazy.
& I agree about love triangles. They're literally in every book haha.
I wanted to strangle Tris during Insurgent because of how she treated Tobias!! I mean, she has a totally hot and amazing guy who loves her, but Tris would never let him in!!! I'm so glad they finally made up at the end, I will go crazy if there is anymore intense Fourtris angst
I read Divergent a while ago and have yet to read Insurgent but I'm going to re-read Divergent soon so that I can read Insurgent and then go out and buy Allegiant whenever it comes out so that I can finish the series and I'm really excited to read the books again because Divergent is one of my fav books that I've ever read!! <3 and I LOVED Four/Tobias and Tris since the beginning! I think that their relationship is soooo cute!!! <3 <3

The Hunger Games is one of my favorite novels. Period. However, when it comes to the romance aspect, Divergent romance is a romance wherein regular life becomes more bearable. You can't wipe the grin off your face as you fulfill your daily menial tasks. Romance doesn't usually evoke an emotional response from me, but this was just downright amazing. I haven't had crushes on many male book characters, but I fell in love with Tobias.

SHIPSHIPSHIP them so much! But I dont like the casting in the movie (judging from the trailer at least..)
I love the way they both emphasize the others character. Tris makes Four strong, just as Four makes Tris strong. I SHIP THEM SO HARD!
I hate the girl who's playing Tris, she's a terrible actress. -_- But anyways, Tris & Four were one of the cutest couples I've read but of course, (view spoiler)

I love how realistic Four and Tris are. they both have flaws which make them believable and they completely understand each other. Hope this is portrayed well in the movie!
I like that he respects her strength and independence but is always ready to jump in and protect her, if need be.
Agreed! Four encourages Tris to be just as strong as him. He doesn't try to stop her or say that because she's a girl she's too delicate. I love them together, but the last book just makes me mad and sad!
Emilia wrote: "Agreed! Four encourages Tris to be just as strong as him. He doesn't try to stop her or say that because she's a girl she's too delicate. I love them together, but the last book just makes me mad a..."Exactly! Yes, the ending is so unfair :(
Nefeli wrote: "I think their relationship was well-developed and not forced at all. Also I liked how it didn't substract anything from the story and how it kept its interest throughput the series."I agree. Though I didn't like them at the start (don't ask me why) I really enjoyed how they formed if that makes sense; it wasn't forced and seemed natural. Also I liked how they weren't kissing all the time like many other couples were and that although Tris liked Four, she was still afraid of intimacy.

I cant wait for the last book in the series
