T.L. Clark (tlcauthor) | 145 comments I don't think I posted here yet. Please forgive me if I have.

I have x4 very adult romances, all requiring reviews.

1) Young's Love - Female lead strives to break free from a controlling marriage, has humorously bad dates, and a trip to Tuscany. Quite fluffy.

2) True's Love - Independent young woman has a very lively nightlife. Holidays to Ibiza where she bumps into an uber sexy blonde Russian bodyguard. Romance and suspense! Plenty of action.

3) Dark Love - BDSM romance. Male sub is faced with the dilemma of leaving his much loved lifestyle. Goes into all the dark places! A variety of sex scenes.

4) Rekindled Love - life story of Sophie. First love, marriage, birth, death; it has it all. One most people can relate to.

Proper synopsis & video trailers here... http://www.amazon.co.uk/TL-Clark/e/B0...

Mobi or pdf free files on offer for an honest review please.

http://www.amazon.com/Orange-Cappucci...
Orange Cappuccino tells the poignant story of a fate-filled romance.
Joshua, a married man with a young son and baby due, meets Sarah, a young married woman who evokes strange memories of his dead mother, victim of a, subversive, tenacious cancer. Inexorably drawn to one another, Josh and Sarah become lovers who abandon their families to be together. Ostracized by all, Josh and Sarah exile themselves to a small town in Colorado. Mortally threatened by an obsessive, damaged vet, they flee once again: to far-off isolation near the vast Alaskan wilderness. A magical drink (Orange Cappuccino) sustains their love and humor as they are challenged by poverty, solitude, and misfortune. Joshua recounts their story with tender regret, beginning with a winter accident on the never-ending Alaskan Highway.

Gita Reddy | 66 comments Cheetaka, Queen of Giants.
description

When nine year old Tara is hurtled into Giant Land, she is not the only one amazed. The giants also are astounded to see her because they believe human beings are fictitious creatures, found in storybooks. Cheetaka, the greatest queen of all times, takes Tara under her care.
After six centuries of peace, the Giant Lands are in turmoil. King Druaka and his cruel son Trimo are determined to rule over all the other kingdoms. Though ancient laws forbid magic, they raise an army of magicians. They believe that Tara is a powerful magician in human form, and want to capture her. Cheetaka has to stop them and also restore Tara to her world.
What follows is danger, courage, and a fascinating journey home. And yes, fun, because Tara and the boy-giant Montek become great friends.

Available as ebook and ibook. The paperback edition will be available from May 15, 2015.

Willem is haunted by the disappearance of his abusive father and the death of his youngest brother. Claire is an alcoholic mother who is hiding a terrible secret. Kerri Lowe | 1 comments Hey everyone!

StoryShelter (a free website for personal storytelling) published our first book of personal essays called I Am Here: The Untold Stories of Everyday People.

The stories run the gamut from a woman taking her last $250 to move to NYC and follow her dream to be a chef, to a woman who miraculously healed herself and proved her negative doctor wrong, to the hilarious story of a man who decided to run naked on the beach one night. What connects these stories is that they are ultimately inspiring, life-affirming stories about the human experience. Think a new version of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

K.S. Morgan | 1 comments Hello, everyone! I've 'officially' published my first romance novel just recently and I'd love to hear from readers.

Until Hell Freezes Over

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

When Hazel is taken from her home by force, she doesn’t know why or what to expect. She doesn’t imagine she could become the lover of the cold and indifferent Aidan Morettdrain. Least of all does she believe she could fall in love with him, thereby making a dangerous enemy of his best friend Benjamin.

Aidan never intended to get attached to one of his countless, disposable lovers. His life is carefully and methodically constructed around diligently ignoring his inner demons and spending his time on his research into Hell. When Hazel comes into his world, she brings colors with her of a brightness he had almost forgotten. Slowly, she fills every corner of his gloomy house with light and when she wants to leave, Aidan is no longer able to let her go. Soon his research, which was only a form of entertainment up to now, gains new meaning and Aidan desperately tries to complete it in hopes that it will keep Hazel with him. But it may already be too late because no one is given a second chance.

Almost no one.

Bruce E. | 159 comments K,D,, so went to Amazon. Their KPD select seems to assume that you have published with them or maybe have taken Dogear out of the loop. The problem with the paperbacks I have available (at cost) is the postage, not helped by my living in Canada although Dogear is in the US. Perhaps I could take orders and pay Dogear the $6.16 cost to me plus I guess postage.

Heather Gordon-Young | 1 comments Hi everyone! I'd love to mail interested people a printed galley copy to review (or PDF version if that's your preference) on Goodreads and Amazon. "Fireflies" will be released July 10, 2015.

Visit my website to view the book trailer: www.heathergordon-young.com

Religion, faith, journey. A true story.
Fireflies: Finding Light in a Dark World

Fireflies Finding Light in a Dark World by Heather Gordon-Young

"Fireflies: Finding Light in a Dark World wonderfully lives up to its title. The darkness is certainly there: the mysteries of death, the demonic, and the strange silences of God. But the book flashes with points of light which show the presence of God, both over-arching and immediate. Fireflies is many things: a compelling and sensuously rich story of a sensitive girl growing up with her troubled, talented brother in a northern Canadian town; an exploration of mental illness and spiritual darkness; above all it is about an often painful, sometimes joyful argument with God. With a poet’s vision and a prophet’s voice, Heather Gordon-Young has written a unique work that stands somewhere between Augustine’s Confessions and Annie Dillard’s Pilgrim at Tinker Creek, and deserves comparison with both." – Loren Wilkinson, Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies and Philosophy, Regent College, University of British Columbia

H.C. Deboard | 2 comments Hi everyone! I need reviews on Amazon for my book titled The Great Wall of Silence. If you are interested in reading the book and providing an honest review, send me an email, and from Amazon, I will send you the book as a gift.

The Great Wall of Silence The Silent Political Takeover of the United States by H.C. Deboard

"The Great Wall of Silence: As the election year approaches, Addison Landon, an investigative reporter and political analyst, is about to uncover the most elaborate plot she, or anyone else for that matter, has ever seen. An actual plot to create the largest contiguous land empire in human history that began 646 years ago. What she uncovers is not an army that plans to overthrow governments by force, but a secret society that has ultimate political aspirations. Woven into the very political structure of Democracy that the United States holds dear to its heart, is a plot that is so well executed, that no one can see it…let alone stop it. Addison is in a race against the clock to piece together what are seemingly absurd clues that are linking her to the Mongolian Empire of 1206 AD and the ancestors of Genghis Khan himself. Ancestors that for 646 years have planned and executed the silent political takeover of the United States."

Jonathan LaPoma (jonlapoma) Hello,

I'm seeking reviews for my novel Developing Minds: An American Ghost Story.

DEVELOPING MINDS follows a group of recent college graduates who struggle with feelings of alienation and their addictions as they try to survive a year of teaching in two dysfunctional Miami public schools.

Red City Review calls it "A frighteningly accurate depiction of inner-city schools… a full-bodied work of fiction that will ring true with both students and teachers and provide a point of hope in an industry that has become increasingly profit-minded and complex.”

DEVELOPING MINDS will be published by Laughing Fire Press in September 2015. I can send a PDF immediately or a print copy in a few weeks.

I'm a novelist, award-winning screenwriter, songwriter, and poet based in San Diego. My work often explores themes of alienation and misery as human constructions that can be overcome through self-understanding and the acceptance of suffering.

If interested in giving a review, please send me a message or email me at jon [at] jonlapoma.com.

Thank You,

Jon LaPoma

Howard Parsons (howardparsons) | 10 comments On the Florida coast, there is an island inhabited by fishermen, shopkeepers, professionals; folks just like the rest of us with hopes, fears, dreams, and aspirations. They go to work and school on the mainland and you’d never guess that they’re really mermaids and mermen. Come and explore the world of Colony Island by reading Urban Mermaid ; the first book in the Tales From Colony Island series.

Urban Mermaid is a story for adult and new adult readers and I’m looking for a few good reviewers to have a peek at the world I’ve created. The only requirements are that you must like mermaids & mermen and that you must have a sense of humour.

If your idea of a good mermaid story includes vast underwater cities and royal titles, then I'm afraid that Urban Mermaid isn't for you.

If your idea of a good mermaid story includes warring mermen and sub-aquatic dragons, then I heartily recommend the Merminia series by Emm Cole.

If you like your mermaid stories hot and messy, there is absolutely nothing like The Fairytail Saga by S.K. Munt. (Royal titles included at no extra charge!)

However, if the idea of a warm and funny tale of boy-meets-mermaid appeals to you then you just might enjoy reading Urban Mermaid.

Supplies are going to be limited so get your name in early by contacting me at htp@ColonyIsland.com. The book is free and I'll even spring for the postage. All I ask in return is a fair and honest review.

Jeffrey Miller (jeffrey_joe_miller) Hello,

I'd be happy to give a free Smashwords copy of my book to anyone who is willing to post a thoughtful review on Amazon, Smashwords, and Goodreads.

No Solid Ground: Renewable Contentment and Sustainable Happiness in an Age of Uncertainty

The genres are Ancient Mysteries, Contemporary Science, Wellbeing.

Here is the description on Amazon:

---

In No Solid Ground, Jeffrey Joe Miller manages to shake the foundations of our world, while at the same time ushering us into a new vision of contentment and grace. He observes that our modern view of existence is founded on a cherished notion that our earth is stable, and describes how clinging to a fantasy of “solid, separate, and certain” in the midst of the chaotic change we are now experiencing during a rapidly unfolding phenomenon known as the Sixth Extinction Event, creates a perceptual disconnect that results in profound unease in the human mind.

A trained psychotherapist with specialization in Ecopsychology and Somatic Psychology, he guides us through a series of five steps and related exercises (organized as a journey through Earth's seasons) that realign our minds and bodies, and by extension, our society, so we’re in sync with the uncertain and fast changing circumstances that accompany finding ourselves living in a twirling planet that's embedded in a dynamic solar system. This journey is a time-honored spirited path to recognizing our birthright of renewable contentment and sustainable happiness, even in the midst of continuous and unavoidable uncertainty.

---

Keywords: ancient astronomy and mythology, climate change and natural catastrophes, physical and mental well being, contentment and happiness.

Thanks,
Jeff

I would appreciate any reviews of Wicka on Amazon and Goodreads. I would also like reviews I can post on my website. Thank you.

While mourning the loss of a mother figure, Elizabeth Blake, a smart but socially introverted seventeen-year-old girl from Ann Arbor, Michigan, enrolls in an international school in the south of France to finish her final year of high school. Here she meets her true love, finds out that she is a witch from an ancient family, and discovers that her life is in danger.

Meanwhile, the Elders—the most powerful coven of witches in the world—have been tracking Elizabeth since her birth. According to an ancient legend, a battle led by “One barely born existing to lead” will cause the downfall of the Elders. Fearing that Elizabeth is the heir to this legend, the Elders try to destroy her before she can fulfill the prophecy.

With the help of her new friends, Elizabeth must travel to Greece to try and prove to the Elders that she is not a threat and to ask for their permission to exist in peace.

With the prospect of having to leave each other once the school year ends and return to their homes on opposite sides of the world, Elizabeth and her new love have to find a way to stay together. However, a rival love interest discovers their plan and causes the Elders to act against Elizabeth. As time runs out, Elizabeth must learn to use the powers she possesses to protect herself and the people she loves most.
