It's supposed to be "Out of the Ashes" not "out of ashes".

http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16... has no ratings on the page itself, but on the search page it shows as having reviews. Destroy? Title correctly ("The" not "A") and merge? Feel free to fix it!
