I think your question needs some clarification. Do you mean do you don't own, or have access to, a copy of the book and what to know where you can get it from?I'm not sure what else your question means, but the answer seems totally obvious, so I'm left a little confused.
I hear they sell books at the bookstore. And rumor has it you can rent them for free at a library.
It's a "right of passage" in many cultures. So, no.
It marks the passage into adulthood; from girl to woman. It's an important event in the lives of many women, and is given particular significance in many cultures.

If you do a search of the "popular shelves" section of this site, (using puberty, growing up, coming of age just for example) you will get a list of many different books that would interest you.
