Jessica: Look up a few posts, Nikki is posting her story here. There has been a LOT of confusion about how to navigate into the contest. Clarification would be a most appreciated addition to our home pages.

I was watching the Oscars, and forgot about to do my last post at 10:50. I may try again this week, now that I understand how to do this better.
This is so confusing. I would really love to finish the first story I started and can't even find it. I started another, didn't like it so didn't add anymore to it, my fault. If we just have that little box to write in,...guess we are to copy/paste from a different document, right? Hope I can get the hang of this.
My story will start Monday Feb 23 at 6:20pm.
Thanks for entering, everybody! Keep it up!

Well, my story ended last night, didn't need the 24 hours, but had a lot of trouble with it. Some of my entries were only 1/2 sentences, trying to get one of the entries to fit I accidentally repeated one sentence (one at the end of one entry and again at the beginning of the next entry), tried to put spaces in between paragraphs but it all ran in together. I couldn't change anything because I couldn't figure out how to get into viewing it until someone sent me a link to where I could see what I'd written (hence the double sentence, it was too far back to change.) I'm pretty well happy with what I did in the end though, distracting as it was to do only 1 or 2 sentences with each update. Good luck everyone, it was fun doing it anyhow! ;-)
Just ended my story at 6:35 pm, Friday, 2/27. I had fun with it; it's a great idea. I often say that if only someone would pay me to write Facebook status updates, I'd be a rich and happy woman. :)One heads up: I posted the "Start story" twice because I didn't see it on my feed. Now I see that it shows just two updates. So I hope it all posted correctly. Thanks for the opportunity!
Wow. I don't think I've ever finished a story that quickly before, ever!Truthfully, I usually don't finish them at all.
Thanks for the opportunity to operate in a very groovy format.
Cheers,
Matt.

To clarify if anyone reads it, the phrase is "The cat!! The house is full of smoke!" and that sentence belongs between these two: "What was that flying out of the house?" and "Oh my god! how did she get any air, ..."
Tantalized? I really never have left my children home alone! Honest!!
Hope I didn't break any rules mentioning this.
My story begins a little nlater on this evening, Saturday, February 28th, shortly after I feed my family some dinner. See you then. It'll be an extremely short story - short, bittersweet and true -in two brief segments.
