what ist wrong with the bookcover and URL is not working

1. There are a lot of cover from books of this author and they show olny the upper half. What does that mean?

2. The URL is not working. In my humble opinion it is moved to http://www.gayauthors.org/author/dkst..., they say so in the threads, but I can not find them.

It looks to me as though these are ebooks which have only been published with banner-shaped "covers"; there's nothing more of the cover to show. (Although most of these books appear to be out of print now, so there's no easy way to confirm this.)
