Is this considered a book?

I was adding covers and ran across this "book" - it states that it is a work in progress. Should this be on GR as a book?

Usually incomplete online fiction is not considered a book. But since this author is a GR Author it should probably be left alone.

Yes, it's considered a placeholder, although there's no need for two editions of a web-published book. Deleted the one not being updated by the author.
