I don't think a 700 and some page book can be written in a day.....

message 53: by [deleted user] (new)

She could do it if she sat down and typed non stop without thinking about the content...

message 55: by [deleted user] (new)

That doesn't really make sense

message 56: by [deleted user] (new)

It only makes sense to people who don't normally make sense. *points at self*

I love the Dark Tower series...just never read the last one because I was warned it would ruin the whole series for me.

message 79: by Randi (new)

Randi (The Artist Formerly known as Guitar Chick) (guitarchick) I agree that her writing isn't great, but I like the fact the Stephanie was very subtle with her romance, and that she watied until they were married for sex. I like that a lot, being a Christian.

Claudia the Night Owl (claudiamancilla) lol love you stephen king :D

Same here...Its great to finally see a teenage book that doesnt equate love with sex! There wwere many things that I liked about their relationship (and a few I didnt) but I think as far as morals Stephenie did a good job of providing a book that teen girls could learn something from.

message 82: by Randi (new)

Randi (The Artist Formerly known as Guitar Chick) (guitarchick) Yeah. Most definitly.

It is a bit harsh that he did that...but SMeyer is a great storyteller...she's is an okay writer...I love how she describes the characters and the setting of places. :D

Stephanie wrote: "Yeah and besides Stephen King has written like 73 books...of course he can write better...duh!! It's really not that hard to understand...I think that with any author the more they write the bette..."

I totally agree with on that!

message 85: by Tamsyn (new)

Tamsyn (tamsynchaffins) | 2 comments I'm sorry, but I think Stephen King isn't a very good writer himself. He's very arrogant and it comes through his narratives. I've read a lot of his books and I think people should be more honest about how bad they really are. The Mist was the absolute most terribly written book I have ever read. So, I personally take no stock in this opinions on other people's literary works.

Eliza Mila | 2 comments Wow didn't know the "King" bashed Stephenie Meyer. Although the writing may not have been perfect, it's the story itself that kept me wanting more. Unlike Fairy Tale that I couldn't finish because there was too much rambling that didn't keep my interest. Seems there was a bit of jealously there.

Maja Richards | 6 comments Just damn king cause there’s no sex except the honeymoon and it’s practically just “we went swimming”
