Jason, Susan and Elizabeth,
The offer is now closed. I must have received at least 25 folks who were interested in the slots.
I have sent all of you PMs or accepted your invitations but there are no available books for consideration right now. Please consider joining the discussion in any case because the book will be released by then.
Thank you,
Bentley

Christian, Janette and Vanessa - please see message 98. Christian, we have requested that the author might be available but there are no guarantees that this will be the case with this book. When the authors are available that is alway a tremendous opportunity.

Be responsive and participate in the reading discussions and post
b) Read the book
c) Review the book on The History Book Club site and goodreads.
d) Chat with the author if available.
I'm redoing this because I want to make sure I'm in on this. I have sent you my address, but please let me know if you don't have it.

That is true; for advance copies we are always asked to not start our discussion until after that date even though we will receive the advance copies before November 13. We are starting the discussion on November 19th so that folks who are not part of the free offer can still acquire the book.

Thanks for replying directly. I'm a bit new to goodreads. I know now better how threads/messages/notifications are intertwined.

Yes, Sally did a tremendous job for us too. That was also a tremendous book where I learned a great deal about the queen and her world.
