I'm not entirely sure what you need... If the book you linked to in this topic is the book you wrote then it has already been added correctly. I just replaced the cover because it was clearly sourced from Amazon (it even had the superimposed "look inside" image), and combined. If this author is you, you can claim your author profile here.
