Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) | 14527 comments Taking nominations for the October to December Classic book Group read.

Please try to nominate Happily Ever After type books if possible and not over 800 pages.

I would take nominations until September 16th. Thanks

Melissa (jedisakora) | 464 comments I remember watching the movie years ago when i was a kid. I've always wondered how similar the book was to it.

Heather L (wordtrix) I love this book, and the movies are both pretty faithful to the plot.

Melissa (jedisakora) | 464 comments I think i'm going to have to netflix it. ^^ I remember having it on tape, but we've long since gotten rid of the VCR'S. A little childhood nostalgia never hurt anyone. I saw 'A Little Princess" listed on amazon prime last night and felt a touch of it.

Pamela(AllHoney) (pamelap) | 14527 comments Well, No need to vote since we got only one nomination. ☺ So our Classic Read for Oct to Dec is... drum roll... The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett .
